The mobile version of the game cherry picks with its updates what parts of the game you can actually experience, meaning as long as youre mobile you dont really have full access to the game.

For the current versions of the app and iOS, push notifications are also not being received (after verifying all appropriate settings in system and in game are enabled) which is problematic in a game where learning of a pending attack can be the difference when days worth of resource production is on the line.
